Refund policy

| RETURNS & EXCHANGES |
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your purchase or shipment date. To start a return, email us at info@tresorpark.ca using the word "Return" and your order number in the subject line.

However, CUSTOM and SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All Floral Products (Under the category of "Preserved Flowers") do not accept returns since every product is custom made. Returns accepted only in case of damaged items during shipping. If you ever experience a problem with your order give us a call and will make sure to resolve any issues.

Returns must be received in original condition and in the original packaging within 14 days. Shipping and Delivery Service charges are not refundable.

| CANCELLATION |

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible.

CUSTOM and SPECIAL ORDER ITERMS items cannot be cancelled.
