Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery as indicated by the customer’s provided tracking number. To start a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org using the word "Return" and your order number in the subject line.
** CUSTOM and SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All Floral Products do not accept returns since every product is custom made. Returns accepted only in case of damaged items during shipping. If you ever experience a problem with your order, contact us asap and will make sure to resolve any issues.
All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.
Upon inspection and approval, Exchange, Store Credit, or Refunds will be provided. All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including any discount/promo codes used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. Trésor Park does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the shipment, as well as the responsibility to oversee the product(s) are packaged and delivered intact, and in original purchased condition . If any matters of liability arise, the matter will be dealt with and settled between the seller and the customer directly. The terms and conditions of the respective seller will apply.
