| PRODUCT AND SERVICES |
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and composition of our products that appear on www.tresorpark.ca. If there are color differences between the one shown on the website and the actual garment, it may be due to the inaccuracy of the color reproduction on the computer monitor’s display.
If there are any manufacturing defects in the items you purchase from our website, please contact our Customer Service Team for return or exchange.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Payment by PayPal
When paying by PayPal, Trésor Park reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account to confirm that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the required details such as billing address of the purchaser. Trésor Park reserves the right to deny any purchase. Your PayPal account will only be debited after your order has been dispatched from the warehouse. The default currency that will be used at Trésor Park website is Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Payment by Credit/Debit Card
You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA or MasterCard). The applicable amount will be immediately reserve on you card but will not be debited until the goods have been dispatched. Trésor Park reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchase is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.
Please note that we do not accept any cash or cheque payment.

Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on our website shall be limited to the total price of your order.
